Lalbagh Road is a place where you really feel the pulse of the city. We are situated at No 110/1 in the M Krishnappa Layout. It’s a bit of a maze if you don’t know where you’re going, but once you see the Indian Oil Petrol Bunk, you’re basically there. We are right opposite the bunk. You can hear the constant sound of car horns and the hiss of air hoses all day long. Radhakrishna Hospitality Services is based in a functional office space. We have a lot of files and a few computers that hum all day. It isn't a place for showing off. We deal with a lot of logistics and management stuff that keeps us pinned to our chairs. The air outside is often heavy with exhaust fumes from the main road, so we keep the fans running at full speed. There’s a small tea shop a few doors down where we get our morning snacks. The layout itself is a mix of old houses and newer offices. We’ve been here for quite some time and we know the security guards at the petrol station. We don't have a fancy mission statement or glossy brochures. We just answer the phones and make sure our clients are taken care of. It’s a busy life on Lalbagh Road. We just try to stay organized amidst all the city noise.
