R P Delicious Dine Restaurant sits on 1st Main Road in the 1st Block of Koramangala. This part of Bangalore is always moving, but our little corner stays pretty consistent. We’ve got the regular tables and the usual chairs, nothing too special to look at. People come in from the street, maybe looking for a break from the traffic or just a quick bite before heading back to work. We spend a lot of time in the back getting things ready. Sometimes the stove acts up or a light bulb flickers, and we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a lot of work keeping a place like this running day in and day out. We see the same faces every week, mostly folks who live nearby or work in the local shops. The 560034 area is crowded, so there's always something happening outside the front window. We try to keep the place tidy, but with people coming and going, there’s always a stray napkin or a spilled drink to take care of. It’s just how it goes.
