R N Engineering

We've been over at 240 J C Industrial Estate for quite a while now. Most people know the 8th Cross on Kanakpura Road is a busy spot, and we are right in the middle of it. R N Engineering is basically just a group of us working with metal and parts every day. It gets loud sometimes, especially in the mornings when everything kicks off. We don't really do much fancy talk here. If a job comes in, we look at it, see if we can fix it or make it, and then get to work. The shop floor is usually covered in some kind of grease or metal shavings, but that is just how it goes when you are actually making things. We have got some old machines that still run great and a few newer ones too. People stop by the estate all the time looking for different bits and pieces. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk when we are busy out back. It’s a practical kind of life. We drink a lot of tea while we figure out how to solve a specific mechanical problem. It’s not always pretty, but the work gets done and we have been here long enough that we know the neighbors pretty well. If you are walking down 8th Cross, you'll probably hear us before you see us. That is just how the engineering business is in this part of town.
