R D Engineer

R D Engineer is based at Sri Ranganatha Swami Nilaya, specifically at number 329 on 5th Main in Bangalore. We are tucked away in the 6th Cross of the BDA Layout over in Jnanabarathi First Phase. It is a good, solid spot to work from, and being in the 560059 area makes it easy enough for people to find us. Our mornings usually start with some tea while we figure out what engineering problems need solving that day. Since we are located in the First Phase, the area is familiar to most folks around here. The office isn't some high-rise glass building; it is a real place where we actually do the work. There are always plenty of small details to keep track of, so we spend a lot of time at our desks or talking through the technical specs of whatever project is on hand. Sometimes the Bangalore traffic makes it a real chore to get anywhere else, so we are glad to have everything we need right here in the layout. It is a small team of us, and we all know our roles pretty well. We don't have many formal meetings because we can just talk across the room. We keep things simple and focus on the technical side of the business without a lot of unnecessary fuss. It is a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far. We just keep moving forward with the work.
