You can find Quick Frys in Koramangala. We are at number 519, tucked away on 8th Cross, 20th C Main Road. We’re right behind where Health Scribe used to be. Koramangala is a busy place with lots of stuff happening, so we thought this was a good little corner for us. We mostly deal with people who live in the neighborhood or work in the nearby buildings. It’s a small operation, really. We didn’t want to open a huge place that we couldn't manage ourselves. It’s just about frying up food and getting it to the customers. We spend a lot of our time in the kitchen making sure the oil is right and everything is prepped. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The space is tight, so we have to be organized. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in this part of Bangalore, but we’ve managed to stick around. We don’t have a big sign or anything too flashy. People usually find us by word of mouth or just by walking past. We just focus on the daily tasks like cleaning and ordering supplies. It’s a simple way to run a business. We just take each day as it comes and try to keep the customers happy with what we’re serving. It gets hot in there during the afternoon but we just keep going until closing time. We’re just regular folks working hard in the kitchen.
