We operate out of Bhattarahalli in the Mamulpet area, taking up units 43, 44, and 45. Qualtech Engineerig Pvt Ltd is mostly about making parts and fixing things that require a bit of technical knowledge. The workshop has a few different machines running most of the day. It’s a lot of metalwork and looking at blueprints to make sure everything fits together the right way. We aren't a massive factory, just a focused team working on engineering jobs that come our way. Sometimes it’s a small part for a bigger machine, and other times we are working on something more involved. The air in the shop usually smells like oil and metal shavings. We spend a lot of time double-checking measurements because if you’re off by a little bit, the whole thing won't work. It’s noisy and busy, especially when we have a deadline to meet. Most of our clients are other businesses around the area who need specific components made to order. We’ve been in Mamulpet for a while and have seen the neighborhood change, but our work stays pretty much the same. It takes a lot of patience to get the engineering right. We just show up, put on our gear, and get through the list of orders. There isn't any magic to it, just knowing how the machines work and making sure the steel is cut clean. Every job is a bit different so we have to stay focused on the details every single morning.
