Quality Turbo Profiles Pvt Ltd is situated at C-215 in the Peenya Industrial Area. We are on the 4th Cross of the 1st Stage. If you’ve ever been to Peenya, you know it’s a massive grid of factories and workshops. There is always the sound of machines running and the smell of metalwork in the air. Our place is no different. It’s a workshop environment where we spend our days dealing with profiles and industrial components. The floors are hard and we have various tools and machinery spread out. It’s a place of work, not a place for lounging. We have a small corner screened off for the office work where we handle the orders and the billing. Most of the guys are out on the floor for the majority of the day. It gets loud, so we often have to shout a bit to be heard over the equipment. We start early in the morning before the heat gets too bad. By midday, the whole industrial estate is humming with activity from all the different units. We take our breaks together and usually just get some tea from the canteen nearby. It’s a grit-and-grind kind of life here, focusing on the precision of the parts we are making. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look polished. We just make the parts and send them out to the clients when they are ready. It’s honest work.
