We are located at No.45 on 30th Cross in Jayanagar 7th Block. You will find us pretty easily because we are quite near to the police station. It is a good landmark for people who aren't familiar with this part of Jayanagar. The area is usually quite active with people going to the shops nearby. Our kitchen is where everything happens. It’s a room full of big vessels and the smell of spices most of the time. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. When you walk in, you mostly see the work being done. The staff is just a few local people who have been with us for a bit. We spend our mornings chopping and our afternoons cooking. It gets very sweaty and loud when the fans are running and the stoves are on high. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the 30th Cross gets blocked by delivery trucks, which makes things a bit slow. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just want to finish the orders on time and make sure the food is cooked properly. It’s a lot of hard work and physical labor. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, but that is just how it is here. We like being in Jayanagar though.
