Promotech Engineers

We've been here at T Dasarahalli for quite some time now, just tucked away near TVS Cross. It is a bit of a noisy spot with all the traffic outside, but inside the shop, it is mostly the sound of the machines and the guys talking. We do engineering work, mostly handling whatever comes through the door that needs fixing or making. My desk is usually covered in drawings and oily rags. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It isn't a fancy place, just a regular workshop with 38 on the door. People come in from around the area, looking for help with some metal part or a machine that stopped working right. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the tools. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot. By the afternoon, the floor is covered in metal shavings and we're thinking about tea. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we started, more buildings and more cars everywhere now. But our corner remains pretty much the same. We just keep the lights on and the machines running. It’s simple stuff really, just everyday engineering things for whoever needs it. This shop is home to us, honestly.
