Pro Magnetic Controls Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 14/3 Albert Street. This is just off Richmond Road Cross, so it’s a fairly central part of town. The street is narrower than the main road, which keeps it a little quieter, though parking is always a nightmare. We work on magnetic controls and related hardware. The office is in an older building that has a lot of character, even if the pipes creak sometimes. Inside, it’s mostly workspace. We have a few tables set up for assembly and a corner for the computers. It’s a small team of us here. We don’t really go in for big corporate policies or fancy uniforms. Most days we are just in jeans and t-shirts, focused on the magnets and the wiring. The light coming through the front windows is nice in the morning. We get a lot of walk-ins from people in the neighborhood asking for directions, as Albert Street can be tricky to find. We just point them the right way and get back to work. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we stay busy with the orders. Sometimes we stay late when a big project is due, ordering rolls from the shop around the corner. We don't spend money on advertising. People usually hear about us through word of mouth. It’s just a local business doing its thing on a quiet street in a very busy city.
