Our place is on A Main in the B.M Shankarrppa Estate. We’re located in Sunkadakatte, which is right off the Magadi Main Road. If you’re coming this way, look for the Reliance Petrol Pump; we are quite close to that. Premier Engineering Corporation is basically a workshop and office combined into one unit. The estate has a lot of small manufacturing units, so there’s a constant hum of machinery in the air. It’s not the quietest spot, but it’s where we get the work done. We’ve got a few lathes and some other equipment set up on the shop floor. The office part is just a small mezzanine level where we handle the orders and the billing. It gets a bit oily and greasy on the floor, but that’s expected in an engineering shop. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall owner knows our order by heart. Magadi Main Road is always busy with traffic, which can make deliveries a bit slow during peak hours. Most of our guys have been with us for a long time and know the machines inside out. We don't really do any formal advertising or have a sales team. People usually find us because they’ve heard about us or they saw our board while getting petrol. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, do the work, and go home. That’s how it’s always been for us. No big fuss, just daily engineering jobs.
