Premac Tools Pvt Ltd is located at 42/6 in Srinivasa Nagar. It’s a small place where we focus on making and sharpening tools for other businesses. We’ve got a few grinding machines and lathes that take up most of the floor space. It’s always been about the practical side of things for us. There isn't much room for a lounge or a big display area, so we just keep the tools we’ve finished on some wooden shelves near the entrance. The neighborhood is mostly residential with a few other small workshops scattered around, so it’s relatively calm compared to the city center. We spend our days dealing with steel and different types of alloys. It’s a bit loud when all the machines are going at once, but you get used to it after a week or two. We’ve had some of our customers coming to us since the very beginning because they know we just get on with it without any fuss. Sometimes a tool breaks or a customer needs something custom-made in a hurry, and we have to drop everything to help them out. It’s just the nature of the business. We don’t put on any acts here; we’re just regular people who know a lot about metal and tools. We keep the shop open six days a week and usually spend Sunday just cleaning up the metal shavings and prepping for the next week.
