We’re set up at 16/16 on 4th Main Road in the Tata Silk Farm area, which is part of Dodda Mavalli. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here compared to the industrial zones. Prasanth Pharma has been operating out of this building for a bit now. It’s a straightforward setup on 4th Main. We don't have a team of receptionists or anything like that. Usually, it’s just a couple of us handling the phones and the inventory. The Tata Silk Farm area is pretty nice, though parking on the main road can be a real headache some days. We just make do with what we have. Inside, the walls are covered in shelves full of various things we need for the business. It’s a bit cramped, honestly, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time making sure the logs are updated and the shipments are ready to go out. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. We like being in Dodda Mavalli because it feels like a real neighborhood. You see the same faces every day. We’re just a small part of the local scene here at Prasanth Pharma. We keep the doors open and just keep working through whatever comes our way, without any big fuss or complicated systems. It works for us and the people we deal with. It is just a regular shop.
