Prakruthi Pharma

Prakruthi Pharma is based in the Mariappa Compelx on Hasrugatta Road in Chikkabanavara. This part of town is still growing, so there is always some kind of construction or road work happening nearby. The Mariappa Compelx itself is a simple building that houses several different businesses. We occupy a space there where we manage our pharma supplies and distribution. The road outside, Hasrugatta Road, can get extremely dusty, especially during the dry months when the wind picks up. We spend a lot of time cleaning the shelves and the boxes because the dust just gets into everything. Our team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to packing up orders for delivery. It’s not a very quiet area, as there are always trucks and tractors moving along the main road. Sometimes the power cuts out for a few hours, which is just something we’ve learned to deal with in Chikkabanavara. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to keep the business running. We usually have a tea break in the afternoon when things slow down a little bit. Most of us live close enough to commute by scooter. It is a very basic operation, and we just focus on getting our work done and making sure the inventory is correct. It’s a decent place to work if you don’t mind the noise and the dusty air around here.
