We've been at this spot on Dr. Rajkumar Road for a while now. It's just a small office in Prakash Nagar. My brother and I started helping people with their travel plans because we knew the roads well. It gets busy here, especially in the mornings. We mostly handle car bookings and trips for people around Srirampura. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet. We just try to get things sorted for whoever walks in. It’s not fancy. The office has a couple of desks and some old maps on the wall. We know the drivers around here. People come to us when they need to get somewhere and don't want to deal with the big apps. We've lived in this part of town forever. You can find us near the main road. We keep a logbook for all the trips. It’s a lot of paperwork. Dealing with traffic in Bangalore is a headache every day, so we try to give realistic times. If a car is going to be late, we tell you. No point lying about it. Most of our customers are locals who know us by name. We just keep the cars running and make sure the drivers show up. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from morning till night. Sometimes we stay late if a client is coming back from a long trip. That's just how it goes when you run a small travel shop like this one.
