Potluck Restaurant

Potluck Restaurant is located at No.A-10 in Ranka Villas Colony in Bilekahalli. We are right off Bannerghatta Road, which is almost always full of traffic. Because our place is inside the colony, it feels more like a home kitchen than a big restaurant. We have a small dining area for customers to sit and eat. Usually, it is just a couple of us in the back cooking and one person helping out in the front. The name Potluck was chosen because the food is simple, similar to what you would eat at a family dinner. No big signs or flashing lights are used to get attention. Most of the people who eat here live in the villas or work in the nearby offices. We stay quite busy throughout the day, especially when the lunch hour starts. The menu doesn't change very often because our regulars like the dishes we have been making for years. We aren't trying to do anything fancy or win any awards for our food. Our main goal is just to make sure the meals are hot and the plates are clean for everyone. We have been in this same spot for quite some time now and know the neighborhood well. It is just a normal restaurant for the local community. We like the pace of things here and our staff is very familiar with how things run. There is no need for big changes when things are working fine.
