Pioneer Cnc is over at No. 14 on 13th Cross, 5th Main Road in Agrahara Dasarahalli. It’s a mix of houses and businesses around here, so we try to keep things as quiet as we can, though these machines are always going to make some noise during the day. We’ve been here a long time and know most of the people on the street. Our focus is mainly on CNC work for small and medium-sized metal parts. It’s a tight-knit operation with just a few of us. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy or fancy titles. If there's a problem with a job, we all just huddle around the machine and figure it out together. The office is really just a small corner of the building where we keep the computer and some old files. We don’t bother with fancy brochures or expensive marketing schemes. Most people find us because someone else told them we do decent work for a fair price. The streets around here can get pretty crowded during the day, so getting deliveries in and out takes some careful planning. We’ve had to learn to be flexible with our timing. It’s not a glamorous job, standing on your feet all day and dealing with cooling fluids, but there’s a real satisfaction in seeing a finished part. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s been working out for us so far in this neighborhood.
