Pindar India Ltd., Bangalore is located over in JP Nagar 7th Phase, which is a pretty active part of the city these days. We are up on the 7th floor of the Kalyani Magnum Building, so we get a bit of a view of the surrounding area and Banneraghatta Road below us. It’s quite a large building, and being near Aniware Software makes it easier for people to find us when they are coming over for the first time for a visit. The office itself is mostly just a bunch of workstations and the typical stuff you see in a company like ours. Being on the 7th floor means we spend a fair amount of time waiting for the lifts, especially during the lunch break when everyone is heading out at the same time. The atmosphere is just people doing their jobs, sitting at computers, and talking about the projects we have going on at the moment. It’s not a flashy place, but it works for what we need. We are right there in the middle of all the JP Nagar action, so there are always plenty of places to get a coffee or a quick bite when things get busy. The commute on Banneraghatta Road can be a real struggle some days with the traffic, but once you get inside the building, it’s a lot quieter and we can focus. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks we have scheduled for the week. It's a standard office life here.
