Pharmaceutical Manufacturings

Down in Adugodi, you will find us working away at Pharmaceutical Manufacturings. The area is pretty industrial, so there is always some kind of noise from the neighboring units or trucks passing by. Our building isn't the newest on the block, but it serves us well enough for what we do. Inside, there is always the sound of machines and people moving pallets around. We spend a lot of our time looking at labels and making sure the containers are sealed up tight. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually take our tea breaks outside where there’s a bit of a breeze. Managing a manufacturing setup here in Adugodi means dealing with a lot of logistics and power cuts once in a while. We just deal with things as they come. It is hard work, mostly standing on your feet and keeping an eye on the production line. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just try to get the day's quota finished before the shift ends. Some of the guys have been here since the start, and we all just know our roles. The floors get scuffed up from the heavy equipment, but that is just part of the business. We keep the paperwork in the small office near the front entrance. It is a bit messy with files everywhere, but we know where everything is when we need it most.
