Pepper Corner Varuni

We are situated at No 19 on K H Road. If you are looking for us just find the Canara Bank and we are right next door to it. K H Road is one of those places that never really sleeps and the traffic is almost always there. We have been here for some time now and Pepper Corner Varuni has become a bit of a staple for the people who work in the nearby offices. Our space isn't very large so it can get a bit cramped when the lunch rush starts. We just try to get everyone served as quickly as we can. There’s no big fancy menu or anything. We just make what we know how to make. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint but we haven't found the time to close down for a day to do it. It’s more important to us that the food is ready every morning. We get our supplies from the local market and usually carry them in ourselves. It keeps the costs down and we know what we’re getting. Sometimes the rain leaks in a bit near the door but we just put a mat down. It’s just how things are in an old building like this one. We like the grit of the area. It feels real and honest to us. It is just a place to get a meal on a busy day.
