Peenya Estates

Peenya Estates is located in the Shruthi Building. We are right at the Peenya Bus Stop on Tumkur Road, at number 3. It’s a very busy spot because of the buses and the people always moving around. Being near the bus stop makes it easy for people to find us, even if they aren't from around here. We deal with property and estate matters in the Peenya area. Our office isn't very big. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files. We have maps and papers spread out most of the time. It feels like a real local office where things actually get done. We’ve seen Peenya grow and change quite a bit over the years. We know most of the buildings around here. People stop by to ask about spaces or just to see what’s available. We don't have any fancy brochures. We just talk to people and show them what we know. Sometimes we have to go out and look at different sites, so the office might be closed for an hour or two. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. It’s a lot of talking and checking records. We don't use much technology, mostly just pen and paper and our knowledge of the local streets. If you're near the Shruthi Building, you can just pop in and say hello. We are usually here during the day.
