Patang Restaurant

Patang Restaurant sits up on the third floor of the Radha Krishna Complex in Hebbal. We are quite close to Presidency College, so we see a lot of students coming through our doors every day. We have a bit of a view from the third floor, though it’s mostly just the busy streets of 560024. It’s a simple setup we have here. We don't have fancy elevators that always work perfectly, but the stairs are fine. Our kitchen is usually humming with noise starting from the lunch rush. We don't have a marketing team or anyone telling us how to look professional. We just put out the tables and serve the food that we know how to make. The neighborhood is always changing, but we’ve stayed right here in this complex. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons sometimes. We do what we can with the fans. It is a local place for local people. We don't have a giant menu with hundreds of items. We just stick to what we are good at. If you are walking near the college, you can probably smell what we're cooking. We’re just a small group of people working here, not some huge company. It is just a few of us working the floor and the kitchen. We hope people like the food, but we don't make a big show of it. We keep the doors open and the lights on until late at night.
