Paloma Turning Company Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Bommasandra Industrial Area, specifically at 235 U1 in the 3rd Phase. Being on Hosur Road means we are right in the middle of a lot of other factories. We focus on turning, which means we spend all day with lathes and cutting tools. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings. It’s a specific kind of work that requires a bit of patience. We have a crew that knows their way around the machines. We don't have a polished showroom or anything like that. Our office is just a small room off to the side with a couple of desks and a filing cabinet that’s seen better days. We get orders for various parts, and we just set up the machines and get to it. Sometimes the tolerances are tight, and we have to be careful. The industrial area can be a bit chaotic with all the trucks and workers moving around. We just stick to our corner and do our thing. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make parts that work for our customers. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s what we know how to do. We usually have tea together in the afternoon before finishing up the day’s tasks. It helps to have a little break before the final push of the day.
