Paa`S Kitchens

We are located in the Apex View Apartments over on Ittamadu Main Road. It’s apartment F-1 at number 16, just a short walk from the Janatha Bazar in Banashankari 3rd Stage. It’s a busy area and the noise from the main road comes in sometimes. We started Paa`S Kitchens because we wanted to do something for ourselves and this space worked out. It’s not a huge commercial kitchen but it gets the job done for what we need. We spend most of our mornings prepping ingredients and making sure everything is clean. The apartment building is nice but parking can be a bit of a struggle for visitors sometimes. We usually tell people to park near the bazar and walk over if they can. Our days are mostly filled with the smell of spices and the sound of pans. It’s a lot of work and our hands are usually tired by the time the sun goes down. We don't have any big corporate plans or anything. We just want to make sure the food is good and that we finish our orders on time. Being in Banashankari is good because it’s a lively neighborhood. We know the shopkeepers around the apartment and we help each other out when we can. It’s just how things go here. We keep it simple and honest and try to stay organized through the day.
