P S J Helpline Services

Our office is situated right across from Ace Designers Ltd in the Peenya Industrial Estate. It’s the 2nd Phase of the Kirloskar 3rd Unit area, so it’s very much an industrial setting around here. You can hear the machines and the trucks moving all day long. P S J Helpline Services is basically just a few of us in a room handling calls and trying to help people out with whatever they need. It gets pretty loud outside with all the factory work going on, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We’re not some big corporate call center, just a local helpline trying to be useful to the folks who find us. Finding the place can be a bit tricky because the industrial estate is like a maze sometimes, but if you look for the big Kirloskar unit, you’ll see where we are. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. The floors are a bit dusty from the road, and there's always tea being made in the corner. We mostly just focus on answering the phones and keeping our records straight. It’s hard work being in this part of town, but it feels good to be right in the middle of all the action in Peenya. We stay busy from morning until the shifts change in the factories nearby, just trying to keep up with the daily requests that come in from people all over.
