Osmosys Callcentre Company is located at 67 Mohammed Ali Road in Yelahanka New Town. It’s a very busy area these days. If you’ve ever spent time in Yelahanka, you know how much the New Town area has grown over the last few years. Our office is right there in the thick of all the traffic and shops. We have people on the phones most of the day and night. Since it’s a call centre, the place never really goes completely quiet. The building itself isn't anything special to look at, just a standard concrete block, but inside it’s full of headsets, keyboards, and monitors. We started here because the rent was reasonable and it was an easy location for the staff to reach using the local buses. We don't have a cafeteria or anything like that, so most of us just go out to the small shops on Mohammed Ali Road for tea or snacks during our breaks. The work is mostly answering questions and helping people out over the phone with their various issues. It can be quite tiring by the end of a shift, but the team here is good. We’ve got a mix of younger folks and some who have been with us since we first opened. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when it’s really hot outside, but we just get through it. We don't try to be something we aren't. We’re just a local call centre.
