Oriental Insurance Co

We are situated in RMV Extension, right near the Mekhri Circle area. Our office is on the 3rd floor of Shankar House. It’s a busy building, and there’s usually a lot of people coming in and out for different reasons throughout the day. Being on the third floor, we get a bit of a view of the traffic moving toward the circle, which is almost always backed up. Inside, it looks like a typical government-style insurance office. We have desks piled with folders, plenty of forms for people to fill out, and some old metal filing cabinets. It isn’t the most modern-looking place, but it’s where we handle all the motor, health, and fire insurance papers. Most people come in because they need to renew a policy or ask about a claim they’ve filed. We spend a lot of time checking documents and making sure all the stamps are in the right place. It can be slow going sometimes with all the paperwork, but that’s just the nature of insurance. There’s a small waiting area with some chairs, and we try to get through the queue as fast as we can. It’s a steady environment where we just focus on the daily tasks of processing policies and helping the folks who walk in through the door. We’ve been here at Shankar House for quite a while now.
