Online Management Complaint System

Our setup for the Online Management Complaint System is located out in Avallahalli. Specifically, we are over at Bangaloreamma House, which belongs to G. Manjunath. It’s situated off Mundur Old Madras Road. It's a bit of a trek if you're coming from the main city center, but it’s a lot quieter out here compared to the downtown noise. We handle a lot of the back-end work for managing various complaints that come in through the system. It’s mostly computer work and data management. We sit in a space shared with the family residence, so it has a very home-like feel to it. M. Gurumurthy’s son is the one running things around here. It’s not like those big corporate centers you see in the fancy tech parks. We just have a few sturdy desks and a steady internet connection. We spend most of the day looking at screens and sorting through issues that people report online. It can be repetitive, but it’s important to get the records right for the people who need them. The neighborhood is still developing, so there’s still a lot of open space and trees around Bangaloreamma House. Sometimes the internet connection acts up because of the location, but we manage to get things done eventually. We aren't a huge team, just a few people keeping the whole system running day by day. It’s a practical way to work for everyone involved.
