Number 70 Brigade Restaurant

You can find us over at the Iris Business Hotel premises on Brigade Road. We are right next to Eva Mall. This is the 560001 area of Bangalore, so you can imagine how busy it gets. Brigade Road is always full of people and cars. Working next to a mall means there is a constant stream of shoppers walking past. We are part of the hotel building but we have our own way of running things. The staff spends a lot of time just keeping up with the pace of the neighborhood. It is a lot of cleaning and prep work every day. We don't use any big words to describe ourselves. We are just a restaurant on a busy street. The hotel has its own guests, and we see them coming and going all the time. Our space is tucked in there and we try to keep it as comfortable as possible. It is not a quiet place because of where we are located, but that’s just Bangalore for you. We don't have a fancy philosophy. We just get the kitchen ready, make sure the tables are set, and wait for the day to start. Some of us have been on Brigade Road for years and we’ve seen shops come and go. We just keep doing what we do every day.
