Noodle King Restaurant R T Nagar

We opened Noodle King Restaurant R T Nagar a while back on CBI Road. It's just opposite the SBI Bank in Ganganagar, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are out doing their banking or running errands. We mostly focus on noodles and some other quick items that people in the neighborhood seem to like. It gets pretty busy during the lunch hour when the office folks come over, but we try to keep things moving as fast as we can. The kitchen isn't very big, but it works for what we do. We didn't really have a big plan when we started, we just wanted to make decent food for the folks around here in RT Nagar. Some days are quieter than others, especially when the weather is bad, but generally, there's always someone coming in for a bowl of something hot. Our staff is mostly just local guys who know the regulars by name now. We don't really do anything fancy with the decor, just simple tables and chairs because people usually just want to eat and get back to work. It feels good when someone says the food reminded them of something they had at home. We just keep the stove going and make sure the veggies are fresh every morning from the market. It’s a lot of work, but being right here on CBI Road has been good for us over the years. We hope to stay here for a long time.
