Our place is down in Bommasandra, right on the Hosur Main Road. It is a busy area with a lot of big trucks and factories around us in Anekal Taluk. Being at number 327 means we are right in the thick of that industrial noise. We spend our time dealing with dairy processing and getting things moved out to the shops. The facility stays pretty cold because of the products we handle. It is not the kind of job where you sit down much. Most of the staff are on their feet, checking the temperatures or making sure the packaging machines are not jamming up again. We have seen the area change a lot over the years. The road used to be quieter, but now it is a constant stream of vehicles. Inside the gates, it is all about the routine. We get the raw milk in, process it, and get it out. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them on the fly. It is just how it goes here. We have the Pvt Ltd structure for the business side, but the daily work is very hands-on. You get used to the smell of the dairy and the hum of the cooling units after a while. It is a steady rhythm that keeps us busy from Monday to Sunday. No one here wears a suit unless there is a very big meeting. We have been operating in this area for several years. The mornings are usually the busiest time when the fresh milk arrives. The gate stays open all day for the delivery vans.
