New Tech Ind Precisions

New Tech Ind Precisions is tucked away in the Basha Building. We are at number 3 on the Mahadevapura Canal Road in Karve Nagar. The canal road is okay, but it gets a bit muddy when it rains hard. We like being in this building because it’s solid. The work we do requires a bit of focus. We deal with precision parts, so we try to keep the shop as clean as we can, though it’s hard with all the metal shavings. Karve Nagar is a good spot for us. It’s central enough but not right in the middle of the worst traffic. We started New Tech Ind Precisions with just a couple of machines. Now we have a few more, but it’s still the same small team. We don't have a fancy reception area. Usually, if you come in, you'll find us out back by the work benches. The Basha Building has a few other businesses too. We all get along okay. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all end up standing outside chatting until it comes back on. That’s just part of life here. We don't make big promises or use big words. We just take the drawings people give us and try to make the parts right. It’s honest work at 3 Mahadevapura Canal Road. We’ve been here for a few years and plan to stay for many more. It’s not a glamorous life, but we enjoy the challenge of getting things exactly right.
