New Concept Architects

If you walk down St Johns Church Road in Frazer Town, you will eventually find us at No.124. New Concept Architects has been part of this neighborhood for a while, and we are tucked right near the intersection with Coles Road. The area has a lot of character, with old buildings and plenty of places to grab a quick snack. Our office space is usually filled with rolls of paper and various drawings scattered across the tables. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is kept. The 560005 pincode is a lively place to be, and there is a certain rhythm to the street outside that keeps us going. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just part of being in this part of Bangalore. We don't have a big reception area or anyone in a suit waiting at the door. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us hunched over a desk or talking about a plan. The windows look out onto the street, so we spend a fair amount of time watching the bikes and cars go by. It is a comfortable spot to work from, even if the stairs are a bit steep. We like being in Frazer Town because it feels like a real community rather than just a commercial district. It keeps things grounded for us.
