Neighbourhood Pharma

We are over in HSR Layout, near Haralur Road in Bangalore. Being in this part of the city means we deal with a lot of traffic and noise every day. Neighbourhood Pharma is just a small shop tucked into the layout. We have a lot of competition around here, but we just focus on our own shelves and our own customers. The rent is high in this area, so we have to use every inch of space we have. We’ve got shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling. We use a little step ladder to reach the stuff on the top. The air inside is usually a bit cooler than outside, which is nice during the Bangalore summers. We see a lot of people who work in the nearby tech parks. They’re usually in a hurry. We try to be quick, but sometimes the computer is slow or we have to hunt for a specific item. It’s a busy life. We spend our lunch breaks eating in the tiny space behind the counter. The Haralur Road intersection can be a mess, but we’re glad to be close enough for people to walk to us. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything. We just put out the sign and wait for the regulars. It’s a good neighborhood to be in, even with all the construction going on lately. We just keep the lights on and keep the stock ready for whoever stops by.
