National Fancy Store

National Fancy Store is tucked away in Keshav Nagar. The address is 29587, right in the Gawde Bhoir Ali section of Gandhi Nagar. It’s a small shop, packed with all sorts of things on the high shelves. We have been here for a bit, and the locals in the neighborhood know us pretty well by now. You might have to look twice to find the front entrance if you are new to this specific area. Inside, it’s a bit of a tight squeeze because we try to fit in as much stock as we can. We sell small items, things people need for their homes or for local celebrations. It is mostly me and a couple of others helping out with the customers. We spend most of the morning dusting the plastic containers and arranging the new stock that came in the day before. The light in the back of the store is a bit dim, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Gandhi Nagar is a lively place, so there’s always someone walking by or popping their head in to ask for something specific. We don't have a big sign or any fancy window displays. It is just a regular shop where we talk to our neighbors and sell them what they need for their daily lives. Sometimes we sit on the small wooden stools out front when business is slow. It’s a simple life running a store like this. We just keep the doors open and wait for the next person to walk in.
