About Nathaniel School Of Music – Education in Bengaluru
We run the music school out of number 178 in Indira Nagar, Talegaon Dabhade. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, which makes it a nice spot for playing music. The building is an older structure, and we’ve converted the rooms into practice spaces. You can hear a mix of drums, guitars, and someone singing almost any time of the day. It’s never really quiet here. We have instruments leaning against the walls and cables coiled up in the corners. It’s a bit messy, but that’s just how a music school ends up looking. We spend our time tuning the pianos or fixing broken guitar strings. There’s a small area where students hang out between their lessons, usually talking about songs or bands. We don't have a formal reception desk like a bank; it’s more of a wooden table with a computer and a lot of notebooks. The windows look out onto the street, and sometimes people stop to listen for a minute. We handle the scheduling ourselves, which can be a headache when everyone wants the same time slot. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we do put in a lot of hours keeping the equipment working. We don't have shiny brochures or a big marketing team. It’s just a place where people come to pick up an instrument and learn how to play it in their own time.
