Nakshe Architects

Nakshe Architects is located on Fair Field Road in Bangalore. It’s a fairly central spot, which makes it easy to get to, though the traffic in 560001 can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. Our office is a place where there are always rolls of tracing paper and pencils lying around. We aren't the type of architects who work in a glass skyscraper. We like our little office here. It has a bit of history to it. Most of the day is spent hunched over desks or talking to contractors on the phone. It’s not always glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. We don’t have a big HR department or a social media manager. We just focus on the drawings. Sometimes we lose track of time and realize it’s dark outside before we’ve even thought about dinner. The light in the afternoons hits the front window just right, making it a nice place to sit and think. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a plan isn't going to work, we say so. There isn't any corporate talk here. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on are solid and useful for the people who will live or work in them. It’s a small, dedicated group of us here on Fair Field Road just trying to do good work every day.
