We’ve got a building here that’s meant for people who need a place to stay while they are in the city. It’s not a massive hotel with a thousand rooms, just a manageable place where we try to keep things quiet for our guests. The main road is right there, so it’s easy to get around, but it can be a bit loud outside during peak hours. We don't have a big marketing team. We just manage the rooms and make sure the linen is clean and the water is running. Most of our guests are here for work in the nearby offices. We try to keep the check-in process simple because nobody likes waiting around after a long flight or a drive. The staff here are just regular people from the neighborhood. We don’t have fancy uniforms or big speeches. We just show you to your room and let you get on with your day. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them as we go. That’s just part of running a building. We’re just here to provide a roof and a bed on the Marathahalli road. It’s straightforward and we try to keep it that way for everyone. We have some small shops nearby if you need to buy a snack or something basic. We don't offer a big breakfast buffet, so usually, people just head out and find something locally.
