Naati Restaurant

RT Nagar is always a busy place and our restaurant is right in the thick of it. We open up early to get things ready for the day. There’s a lot of chopping and stirring that goes on before the first person walks through the door. We aren’t really into the whole fancy dining thing. The tables are simple and we just want people to sit down and eat. Bangalore has changed a lot over the years but this corner of RT Nagar still feels familiar to us. You can hear the traffic outside and the chatter of people walking by. We focus on the food more than the decorations. If the curry is good, people come back, and that’s what matters at the end of the day. Our kitchen is small but we keep it moving. Sometimes we run out of things if the crowd is bigger than we expected. It happens. We try to keep our prices fair because we know most of our customers are just working folks from around the area. It’s a lot of hard work standing on your feet all day but seeing the plates come back empty is a good feeling. We’ve got a few staff members who have been with us for a while now. We’re just a regular local spot where you can get a meal without any fuss. It isn't perfect, but it is ours and we do our best.
