We are located over in Seshadripuram at No.56/1 in the Vaibhav Links building. It is right on the 1st Main Road, very close to the Law College and just opposite the ABVP office. It’s a decent spot for us because people know the landmarks. We spend most of our time planning out different types of events. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the right people are in the right places. Our office is simple, just a place to meet and talk through what needs to happen. We have been doing this for a while and have seen all sorts of requests come through the door. Sometimes it’s a small thing, other times it’s much larger, but the work is pretty much the same. We have to stay organized. There are always lists of things to do and people to call. The neighborhood is usually bustling with students from the college nearby, which gives the area a bit of energy. We don't really have a big sales pitch. People usually find us because they need someone to handle the logistics of their gathering. We just sit down, look at the calendar, and start making calls. It’s honest work and we try to be as clear as possible with everyone. We like being in this part of Bangalore. It’s got a good feel to it and it's easy to get things delivered here. It can get loud during college festivals, though.
