Music Mate School Of Music

Our school is located in the Manubhai Tower, unit 353, over in Vijaya Nagar. Being in a tower means we are part of a big, busy building with a lot of other businesses around us. You have to take the elevator or the stairs up, and sometimes you’ll see kids carrying big cello cases or guitars squeezed in with people going to the dental clinic or the CA office. It’s a funny mix. Our space isn't huge, so we have to stay organized, which isn't always easy when you have a dozen kids running around. We try to keep the instruments in their right places, but things always end up getting moved. The view from the window is just more buildings and the busy streets of Vijaya Nagar, but it’s a good spot for us. We’ve been at this location for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building. The sounds of our classes probably drift out into the hallway, but nobody seems to mind much. We don't go in for anything fancy; the rooms are simple and the focus is just on the music. Some days it’s quiet and some days it’s a total madhouse, but that is just the way it goes at Music Mate. We just show up every morning, open up room 353, and wait for the first student of the day to arrive.
