Mushroom Restaurant

If you walk down 80 Ft Road in Koramangala, you will find us right across from the BMTC bus depot. It’s a very busy part of the 6th Block. We see the buses coming and going all day long. A lot of our customers are just people passing through or folks who work in the offices nearby. We started this place because we liked the idea of a simple neighborhood spot. The kitchen is always going, especially during the lunch hour when everyone is in a rush. We do a lot of vegetarian dishes, and yes, we have plenty of mushroom options given our name. It’s not a huge place, but we have enough tables to fit a good crowd. The walls are simple and we don’t spend much on decorations. We’d rather focus on the pans and the stove. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but once you sit down and start eating, you sort of forget about it. Our waiters are local guys who know the menu by heart. We don’t have a complicated way of doing things. You come in, sit down, and we bring you something hot. It’s been a few years now and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, but we are still here in the same spot near the depot. It’s just a normal restaurant for normal people who want a decent meal without any fuss or expensive prices.
