We’re located over in Kaggadasapura, specifically in the Balaji Layout area. Our office is unit 301 in S.V. Enclave, on the 29th Cross. It’s a bit of a residential area, which makes for a relatively calm working environment most of the time. We handle architecture and some urban design work as well. We aren’t the type of company that spends a lot on flashy offices or expensive marketing. Our space is functional and mostly filled with computers and large printers for our plans. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and structural drawings. The team here is small, and we all pitch in on different tasks. We don’t really follow a strict corporate hierarchy. It’s more about who is free to help with the next drawing or site visit. We try to be practical in our designs because we know how hard it is to actually get things built in this city. Sometimes the traffic makes getting to sites a bit of a headache, but that’s just Bangalore for you. We focus on the work itself rather than trying to look impressive. If you need to talk to us, we’re usually around during normal hours, though sometimes we’re out in the field. We just want to do a decent job and make sure the buildings we work on are safe and useful for the people living there. It takes a lot of patience to get these designs right, but we enjoy the process.
