Our office is over on Thimmaiah Road in Shivanagar, specifically at No. 250 on 7th B Main. We’ve been around this part of Bangalore for a good number of years now. It’s a combined setup where we handle both the architectural designs and the engineering side of things. It saves time when the people drawing the plans are in the same room as the people figuring out the structures. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees; we’re just a dedicated group working from this Shivanagar location. The street gets pretty busy during the day, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. Mostly, our work involves meeting with people who want to build a home or a small commercial space and trying to make sense of their requirements. We don't use a lot of flowery language or try to sell people things they don't need. Usually, it's just a lot of pens, paper, and computer screens filled with blueprints. We take care of the technical drawings and the structural calculations that are needed for any solid building. It’s a practical job and we take it seriously. If you're looking for us, we're right there near the main road. We’ve seen a lot of houses go up in this area and it feels good to have played a small part in some of them. Just a local business trying to do right by the community.
