St Marks Road is a pretty well-known spot, and we are tucked away in A Block at F1. If you know the area, you know how it gets during the lunch hour with everyone heading out to find a bite to eat. Our space isn't huge, but it fits the team we have here. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of wires running along the floors. We’ve tried to keep things organized, but on busy weeks, papers tend to pile up on the corners of desks. The light in the afternoon comes in through the side windows and hits the monitors, so we usually have the blinds halfway down. It makes the room feel a bit cozy in a weird way. We’ve been at this address for a bit, so we’ve seen the shops across the street change hands a couple of times. It’s a nice enough place to spend the day. We don't really do the whole corporate lounge thing; we mostly just sit at our stations and talk over the tops of the screens. It can get a bit stuffy if the air conditioning is acting up, which happens every once in a while during the hotter months. Usually, someone just opens a window and we deal with the street noise. It’s just how it is working in this part of town. We keep it simple and focus on the daily tasks without making a big deal out of it.
