We are up on the 5th floor of the Divyashree Towers. It’s the Airtel building right across from Jayadeva Hospital on Bannerghatta Road. It gets pretty busy around here especially with all the hospital traffic and people coming in and out of Meena Bazar. Most of us get here early to beat the worst of the jam. It’s just an office where we handle the BPO side of things for Mphasis and EDS. The elevator can be a bit slow in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to their desks. We have been here for a while now. You can see the hospital clearly from the windows on one side. It’s a lot of computers and headsets mostly. We just get on with the work day by day. Sometimes it’s quiet and sometimes the phones don't stop ringing. The building is easy to find because of the big Airtel sign. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just the usual security check downstairs. It's a practical place to work. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to people. Being near Meena Bazar is handy if you need to pick something up after your shift ends. It’s not a glamorous life but it pays the bills and the team here is decent. We’ve got used to the noise from the road down below. It’s just how it is in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and finish what's on the screen before heading home.
