Modtech Engineering

Our place is out at Jigani Industrial Society, specifically at 95 Sama Road. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the city, but it’s where all the industrial action happens. We do engineering work, mostly focused on small to medium projects for local folks. The building is a standard industrial unit. Nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly workspace with very little room for anything else. We have a few lathes and some milling machines. It’s often very loud when everything is running at once. We’ve been here for a while. The neighborhood is full of other businesses like ours. We sometimes borrow tools from the shop next door if we’re in a real pinch. It’s that kind of atmosphere. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the floor working. We deal with a lot of local clients. Most of them have been coming to us for years. They know we’re straightforward and honest. We don’t overpromise on deadlines because stuff happens, machines break, or people get sick. We just try to keep the workflow steady and the parts moving out the door. It’s a tough business sometimes, keeping up with all the technical requirements. But we enjoy the problem-solving part of it. The Sama Road area is growing, so there’s always new faces around the shop.
