Mirch Multicuisine Restaurant

This restaurant is located at Plot Number 12 in the EPIP Area of Whitefield. We’re right next to ITPL, so we see a lot of people who work in the tech parks nearby. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, and things are always moving fast around here. We do a mix of different cuisines because people here have different tastes. Some want one thing, some want another, so we try to have a bit of everything on the menu. We aren't trying to be a five-star place. It’s just a solid restaurant where you can get a meal without any drama. The traffic in Whitefield can be a nightmare, but once you get inside, it’s a bit calmer. We started this place because we saw all these offices and thought they needed a place to eat that wasn't a cafeteria. We keep the place clean and the food coming out as fast as we can. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone telling us how to talk to customers. We just talk to them like normal people. If you’re working near ITPL or just passing through the EPIP area, we’re right there. We just do our work and go home at night. It’s a decent spot for a break from the office. Nothing special, just us and the kitchen.
