Mini Machine Tools

Our shop is located at 21/10 B in Konankunte, right off the 7th Main near Kanakpura Main Road. It’s a decent area, though the traffic can get a bit much during the rush hours. We deal in machine tools and have been doing this for a good number of years. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us making sure everything is in order. People stop by when they need a tool for a specific job or if they are looking for something they can’t find in the bigger stores. We have stacks of inventory, and sometimes it takes a minute to dig out exactly what a customer wants, but we usually find it. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer phones all day. If the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. The shop is functional and a bit cramped, but that’s just the nature of selling heavy tools. We like being in this part of town because it’s close to a lot of the small workshops. It’s a practical business. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to keep the local guys supplied with what they need. You’ll often see us unloading a shipment or organizing the back room. It’s constant work, but we prefer staying busy. Most of our customers are just neighbors who have been coming here for years and know our faces well.
