We've been around Konena Agrahara for a while now. Milestone Galaxy Hr Services Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us working out of the Shesha Shyla building on the main road. Most days involve looking through resumes and talking to people looking for work. It’s busy but we like the pace. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk-and-chair setup where we try to figure out who fits where in different companies. Hiring is actually pretty complicated when you get into it. People come in from all over the area, and we spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting across from candidates. Being on 15/1 Konena Agrahara Main Road makes it easy for folks to drop by after they get off the bus. We don’t have any big speeches about changing the world. We just help businesses find staff and help people find a paycheck. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic outside is too loud, but that’s just how it is around here. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We stay focused on the paperwork and the interviews. If you’re looking for the office, just look for the Shesha Shyla sign. We are usually in by nine and stay until the work is done. It’s a straightforward operation. No bells or whistles, just human resources work. We have been at this for several years now and we know the local market pretty well. It is just us doing our jobs.
